Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via email within 5-7 business days.
